07/19/2023Position Summary and Description Mount Marty University is currently accepting applications for an Office Manager in the Sioux Falls, SD offices.
The office manager will provide overall office management to the Nurse Anesthesia Program through planning, researching, organizing, directing, and coordinating operations.
The Office Manager must take initiative in coordinating overall administrative and logistical activities at the Sioux Falls location, designing, assisting, and independently implementing work processes in support of the Nurse Anesthesia Program, its director, assistant director, and program faculty.
The successful candidate will develop procedures for assigned work, utilizes acceptable standards and practices in decision-making, informs and educates others to clarify program intent and guidelines, answers questions and advises others on specific program issues or matters Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; and reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
Maintains facility day-to-day operations, including distribution of access keys (faculty and students), coordinating meetings and calendars, assuring security of program files, email, phone correspondence, and program inquiries.
Provide administrative support internally (faculty and students) and externally (such as program applicants, clinical site representatives, alumni, and general public).
Assist the program director with coordinating with the cleaning company and facilities for building issues and concerns.
Coordinate recurring projects and DNAP events (such as screening and interviewing of program applicants, new student orientation, student transition to clinical sites, Blessing of the Hands ceremony, graduation, and online DNAP web store).
Communicate with clinical sites.
Qualifications and Application Instructions - Bachelor's degree preferred.
