Job Summary The Resident Assistant is accountable for providing tenant assistance with activities of daily living, medications, (if medication aide certified), housekeeping and activities according to the service plans and as assigned.
Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
Certified Nurse Assistant preferred - Maintain if certified.
Medication Aide preferred - Maintain if certified.
High School diploma required for Med Aide certification.
Work ScheduleDay/evening Shift, 6:
30am-7:
00pm, every third weekend, every third holiday; 12 hours every 2 weeksPayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.
