Expectations, Roles, Responsibilities, Skills and Qualifications:
This position reports directly to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities and Roles:
Serve as Primary DQR and SRR leading process and integration with customer and helping develop the personnel needed to cover those positions.
Facilitate the New Part Quality Planning process including what is needed to fulfill APQP/PPAP requirements as well as the internal requirements needed to define, communicate and inspect those requirements. This would include Inspection Plans for all product realization. This would also include involvement and development of the measurement process such as Gage R & R.
Develop, maintain and promote the continual improvement of the FAI Process. This includes the creation of definitions and integration of information for internal use and in meeting customer requirements such as providing, or facilitating, the creation of Drawings from Model based definition for efficient integration into the AS9102 FAIR.
Be active in the Quoting process for defining requirements and assessing risks associated with being able to achieve requirements.
Be active in the development and continuous improvement of the training processes needed to help equip personnel to accurately assure the quality of their work.
Participate or Facilitate in Process/Part Improvement activities including those identified as customer or significant internal rejections.
Must be able and willing to engage in various improvement activities on the plant floor and out of the office.

This is a salaried position. Salary based on current experience, knowledge, and formal education/training; and the individual's ability to perform the responsibilities of the position, and to accomplish both planned and unplanned requirements.
This is a day shift position. It can be anticipated that some activities may require daily or weekend scheduling requirements as well as night shift assignments such as training, audits, etc. It may also include travel with overnight stays.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a four year degree in quality related curriculums and / or have five or more years work experience in advanced quality related positions. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and at least 5 years of experience in a Quality
role or closely related field would be a plus.
Must have an excellent understanding and proficiency in Blueprint interpretation and GD & T requirements.
Strong reading, writing, problem solving, and analytical skills are a requirement of this position.
Must possess strong
skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and other windows based software. Must be able to accurately and efficiently generate instructions, reports, etc.
The ability to teach and train others in a coach or mentor role is needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
