Farm Bureau Sales Agent $85k+ performance based/monthly supplement
Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking passionate, self-driven individuals to train, develop and mentor into a Farm Bureau Insurance Sales Agent. We offer a $60,000 supplement plus commissions and bonuses (for up to 7 years). The right person will be business minded, highly respected and a great influence in their community.
Job Responsibilities
o Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
o Generate new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
o Develop insurance proposals, deliver sales presentations and close sales
o Develop ongoing networking relationships
Job Requirements
o Embody a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful
o Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
o Self-starter with a sense of urgency
o Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
